From the creator of acclaimed series “202” Mykell Barlow and award-winning director Justin Patten, comes a brand new digital comedy series “Deliver Ants.”
Deliver Ants (a wordplay on Deliverance) is a short-form digital comedy series about the bizarre employees of an insect distribution warehouse. When the owner, Lily (played by Rachel Wotherspoon), is financially cut off from her obscenely rich parents, the colorful employees, who all happen to be ex-cons, rally around her to help save the company. The employees are played by Evan Strand, Sean James, Nick Mardi, and Mark Swenson. Mykell Barlow also plays the character of Willie.
“We are so excited to bring something fresh and hilarious to your screens”, said co-creator and director Justin Patten of A Great Adventure Productions. Co-creator and writer Mykell Barlow added, “I don’t think there has been a show that involves this kind of subject matter. It’s fresh.”
