SAVE US is an alternative rock/metal group founded this year, with members spanning two continents. The band explores the human condition, delivering emotionally charged hooks nestled in atmospheric textures. Fusing together a myriad of sounds, the musicians take the listener on a journey through the many facets of the human mind.
Following on from their debut single ‘New Light’, SAVE US released ‘Distance’ on the UK label Year Of The Rat Records this month. The foursome has already garnered support from BBC Radio 1, Idobi Howl, Amazing Radio, Dreambound, BBC Coventry, Total Rock, TIDAL, Pandora, Forever Loud, and BBC Bristol in their short time as a band.
Discussing the project, band member Miguel shares, “For me, Distance explores the topic of fighting for a love that’s already unknowingly lost beyond repair, this inspiration stems directly from the battles of a close friend who had opened up. Chris brought forward this instrumental that explored gentle grooves with dark and delicate textures that helped reinforce this idea.”
