Brooke Lewis Marries Longtime Love Mark Bellas in a Classic Old Hollywood Marriage Soiree

Award-winning actress and horror star Brooke Lewis married longtime love Mark Bellas in a classic Old Hollywood Marriage Soiree at the Houdini Estate in Los Angeles on June 1st. Among the guests were Emmy-winning actress Carolyn Hennesy, The Goldbergs Jacob Hopkins, Ladies of the Lake star Jessica Morris, and actor Drew Seeley to name just a few. Celebrity catering company Contemporary Catering, which previously catered the wedding of Shannen Doherty, was in charge of the menu and its Old Hollywood theme.

Lewis’s wedding cake and desserts were designed by the well-established Southern California cake company, Fantasy Frostings. This company has been recognized by numerous prestigious food, wedding, and lifestyle magazines including People Magazine, The Knot and Arcadia Weekly. With Elizabeth Taylor being one of Lewis’ idols, Fantasy Frostings replicated one of their most famous confections recreating the exact same cake from Elizabeth Taylor’s final wedding, for Brooke’s marriage soiree.

Cake Designer: Fantasy Frostings (Tasting from Sterling Engagements; Leslie Maynor-Anderson designed Elizabeth Taylor’s cake for her marriage to Larry Fortensky and recreated the design for Brooke Lewis, as Elizabeth Taylor is her forever Idol! Mark and Leslie switched up the cakes and surprised Brooke at the wedding!)

For entertainment, Lewis enlisted a friend and celebrity DJ, Jon Gosselin, to play at her marriage soiree. Both Philadelphia natives, Brooke and Jon connected through family and industry friends. Brooke has been a longtime fan of Gosselin, as a person and a DJ, as he spins with heart and Philly pride! When Brooke got engaged, her dream was to have him fly out to play and bring that “Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air” vinyl and spirit.
