Country/Pop artist Abigail Neilson releases her next single entitled, ‘Ruby’ today. The essence of Neilson’s music appears rooted in her desire and ability to connect with others at a meaningful level, engaging her audiences with topical and relatable subjects, covering the spectrum of human emotion -everything from the joy of falling in love, to the agony of heartbreak and the strength of female empowerment. Ruby is a heartwarming coming of age song characterized by Neilson’s personality emblematically shaping its upbeat and positive tone. The track exemplifies the frustrations of being a teenager and friendship between two sisters. Growing up in today’s world and figuring out who you are as a person is tough, especially at 14.
“Ruby” was written by Abigail Neilson. The track was produced in Nashville, Tennessee by Robbie Artress who has worked with artists such as Chris Stapleton, Ben Folds, and Randy Rogers Band. Instrumental tracking was done by brothers Gideon and Gabe Klein, as well as Ellen Angelico, who have all played with artists such as Tenille Townes, Delta Rae, and Lauren Jenkins.
