We catch up with Chase to discuss his company RANDFE. We had an awesome time learning about it. Check out the interview below.

Hi, Chase! Thank you for granting the interview. It is a pleasure to speak with you about RANDFE. Tell us about the company.

First off, thank you very much for interviewing me. I greatly appreciate it. Where do I begin with talking about the company? Let’s start from where it all began; audio. We worked with several independent recording artists working on their singles and EP’s fresh out of college. During the time, I formulated a name that would be cultivated and capture what the entertainment’s main ingredients are for a successful product and service; rhythm and flow. Without the two, you neither have a consistent pattern of sounds nor any type of escapism for the audience to become hypnotized with. Drawing in your audience and taking them on a journey is why we strive for entertainment every day. R&F Entertainment was born however not long from mixing and mastering songs came its first division, R&F Photography.

While working with underground and up and coming independent recording artists, it was of the essence to have headshots, single covers, and press kits, to name the least. Going with the core value of the company’s mission, I wanted the company to grow and become a one-stop shop for our clients. Photography increased its services by offering graphic designing, artist logos, website design, and conceptual and self-expression artistic art. We knew we couldn’t stop there. Music videos and storylines needed to be produced, scripts written, sets built, lighting, cinematic style filming, creative editing and color correction, and grading; all came alive. During the quick expansion and explosion of work, we dived head first in the movie industry. Short films, feature-length films, commercials, documentary-style interviews, and newscasts expanded our portfolio. The foundation of R&F Studios was born.

Tackling all of our needs for our clients, we strived to deliver the utmost quality to audiences. First to begin targeting our main area New York City then spread throughout the nation and ultimately tackle globally. Creating and producing content for worldwide audiences is our goal. Marketing and distribution is a huge undertaking and with today’s technology and resources all of that is quite possible with the right creative mindset, skilled attributes, logistic organization, and acute discipline to sacrifice time spent into creating a better future, R&F Films was brought to life.

In addition to creating all the marketing and promotional content, we expanded even further and devised R&F Events; our event coordinating department. From birthday parties, red carpet events, movie premieres, book signings, demo parties, recording artist listening events, and so much more, we embody the essence of delivering products with outstanding image and presence. Our team is working hard on discovering and evolving on future endeavors with several other huge undertakings to bring together more individuals in need and help within the entertainment industry. More on that later though.

You have a few exciting projects in production. Could you share a few with our readers?

We have several projects in development and twelve currently negotiating contracts for.

What should the audience expect?

My main goal for audiences is to feel, relate and connect. Our biggest asset is to bring people together and our biggest flaw is not being able to reach them. We all want to experience a wide range of emotions even if we don’t want to admit them. One way or another we all want a roller coaster ride worth remembering and the ones that change our perspective or alter our thinking, or, better yet, make us more compassionate, are thrill rides in life we forever hold in our hearts. We all gravitate subconsciously towards a hidden deep meaning to help us understand ourselves more and help heal our pain inside of us. We all want to be heard and we all want to be validated.

Music and films are one of the most powerful tools on earth to unite us while the world divides us. We all are visual creatures of passion and purpose. We are here to bring the utmost quality of storytelling and blend together our diverse differences and come together as one whether in our homes, in the theaters, or on our phones while sharing with our loved ones.

What inspired you to create RANDFE?

I was always driven and desired to help creative individuals bring their vision to life. The process of getting productions together whether film, music, photography and everything else in between is always glued together by creativity, determination, aspiration, skill, talent, and desire. I created my production company to be that glue to build a strong foundation of multiple services for our clients. And by clients, I mean relationships. There is nothing more important than fabricating strong relationships with people. Like previously stated, one of the company’s mission goals is to be a one-stop shop for productions. We are constantly evolving and expanding our departments to cover more grounds than we ever did before for our business relationships and audiences alike.

What has been your biggest takeaway in your career, thus far?

Good question. I am blessed to have had many amazing experiences so far in my career, however, nothing could compare to the joy that is expressed from audiences that truly take away something meaningful. When you get to connect with people and spread positive energy of enlightenment, awareness and above all, empathy, there’s a sense of accomplishment that resides within us.

How important is it to create a production company that allows talent to expand their portfolio?

A successful production company is one that has humility, kindness, and equality in its ingredients. We are honored to have our talents grow and be able to be a part of their dreams to achieve all that they desire. With our platforms and a wide variety of services, we bring out the best in them and work together to maximize exposure and productivity. Marketing is number one before anything and the ability to promote with creativity and talent from our team is the icing on the cake.

If you could choose a film to produce, what would it be?

My desire and drive to produce all facets of material including films would be projects that have a deep sense of meaning, a purpose-driven plot, a clear yet complex layering of motives for the characters, and a strong sense of development through emotional and mental states. Being able to connect and unite audiences from all backgrounds, cultures, and countries is our utmost priority all while breaking boundaries and setting new ground. Our enjoyment of films stem from the craving to be taken away, the subconscious impulse to feel various emotions we may not necessarily always encounter every day, and the visceral impact of sound, color, and atmosphere. Down to the tiniest detail, I appreciate and yearn for well-crafted scripts that explore the diversity and the inclusion of grueling situations, stratifying characters, powerful growth and bittersweet truths.

Thus far, what has been the best experience working in the industry?

I would have to say I am truly blessed, thankful and humbled to have the ability, the awareness, and the attributes to put my passion and my purpose to good use. What you do in life defines your character and when you have the chance to do what you love every day, there’s an endless amount of work to accomplish however it never feels like a job. When you wake up in the morning and your last thoughts before going to sleep are your dreams and desires, and what you do and love, there is no better appreciation for life and compassion for others. Now doing what you love and your service, your products, your clients, and your company get recognition for it, that is truly one of the most humbling, happy, and rewarding aspects. I am proud of all the individuals, organizations, and industries my company and I have worked, associated, affiliated, and or partnered with. Collectively, we have been able to accomplish so much in the time frame we have had so far including over 45 nominations and 30 wins from either nationally and internationally at film and music festivals, award shows, and honorary events.

However, hands down, personally, the best part is seeing my parents smile as they see how much blood, sweat, and tears goes into the entrepreneur life and making a difference in peoples lives.

Do you have any upcoming projects that we haven’t mentioned?

With our films department, R&F Films, and our studio department, R&F Studios, we have several projects going on behind the scenes including a feature-length film, a crime/revenge thriller, several dramas, an upcoming psychological horror/thriller, and a children’s television broadcast news show. In regards to our record label, R&F Records, we are working with artists in music licensing, recording, mixing and mastering for single and albums to be released on different platforms and media. R&F Photography is consistently busy handling all of our imagery and graphic designing for our products and clients. We take all over our departments and have them work side by side in every avenue possible, hence why we deliver a well-rounded and unique experience and products to our clients, and ultimately to the world.

We are currently developing a non-profit organization to be launched later at the end of next year to help in need of filmmakers, musicians, and artists worldwide in their quest in getting their stories told, their passions brought to the world, and their visions to come alive. In celebration, we will be hosting a brand new multi-serviced film and music festival in conjunction with the filmmakers and artists worldwide. The future is as bright as we make it and I am thrilled to be a part of the unity, diversity, and quality of such profound milestones and significant life-altering moments for artists, creative souls and audiences alike.
