The London-born and Essex-raised, Singer Songwriter Konyikeh makes soulful music with noteworthy lyrics and a distinctive voice.  At the 2022 BRITs, she was recognized for performing alongside Dave, as the opening soloist, during his rendition of “In The Fire”. Konyikeh rightly continues to step into her own light, highlighting in her words,  “It’s been a long time coming; it’s been a journey to get here.” We wish her well!

The singer-songwriter became a music scholar at a prestigious school in West London. On Saturdays, she would go to the Guildhall School of Music and Drama where, for ten years, she would play violin, and piano, and perform in the orchestra and chamber choir, alongside learning music theory.

Following the release of breathtaking debut singles “Sorrow” and “Teenage Dreams” issued earlier this year, the British musician shares her pivotal breakout debut EP Litany available now across all digital platforms via Jorja Smith’s FAMM label distributed via The Orchard. The 5-track EP  arrives alongside a visual for the deeply reflective and honest focus single “Joy and Pride” featuring candid footage of Konyikeh layered with her tender voice speaking on topics relating to religion, family, taboos, and more.
