Mira Goto follows in the footsteps of today’s country songwriting superstars, driving powerful lyrics along with catchy choruses throughout her catalogue. The international, award-winning songwriter and performer was born and raised in the Santa Cruz Mountains in California. She currently resides in both Santa Cruz, CA and Nashville, TN. Her music journey began at the young age of three years old when she started playing and performing the violin. She traded it in for the guitar as a teenager, and while studying in college for a degree in nursing, she penned her first song.
Mira Goto has recorded and released the upbeat signature song, “The Best,” previously released by the Queen of Rock & Roll, Tina Turner. The new recording was produced by Derek Garten at Prime Recording Studio in Nashville and compliments her recently released single on radio “Fine” which is moving rapidly up the radio airplay charts currently on the MusicRow Country Breakout Chart (#38), CDX Traction Mainstream Top 80 (#73) and CDX Traction True Indie Top 10 (#5) and follows her successful radio single “Nobody Warned Me”.
