The highly acclaimed Jared Lee has been writing and producing for a diverse group of globally renowned artists such as Jason Derulo, Jordin Sparks, and TIESTO. He’s also collaborated with some of the world’s top DJ’s including Markus Schultz, Fedde Le Grand, and Laidback Luke. His latest project is for the big screen!
His new single is Don’t Wish Your Life Away. Lee sang, co-wrote and co-produced this track for the 2020 Blumhouse/Sony film Fantasy Island, directed by Jeff Wadlow and starring Lucy Hale, Maggie Q, and Michael Pena. The film is loosely based on the 1970s TV series starring Ricardo Montalbán but that’s where the similarity stops, without giving too much away. It’s a confident, sprightly, dynamic song that manages to lift the spirits with a sleek, polished and score feel. Understandably, it serves as a great theme and plays at the end credits.
