Kaleidoscope Entertainment is thrilled to announce the world premiere of their highly anticipated oceanic survival-thriller, ROW, at the 33rd Raindance Film Festival on June 21st.

Directed by Matt Losasso, ROW boasts a stellar cast including Bella Dayne (Humans), Sophie Skelton (Outlander), Akshey Khanna, Nick Skaugen, David O’Hara, and Mark Strepan. The film has already made waves ahead of its debut, earning four prestigious nominations at this year’s festival: Best Performance in a UK Feature (Bella Dayne), Best UK Feature, Best Director of a UK Feature (Matt Losasso), and Best UK Cinematography.

Set against the wild and unforgiving Scottish coastline, ROW opens with a gripping mystery: a young woman, suffering from severe memory loss, is discovered washed ashore in a bloodstained rowing boat—seemingly the sole survivor of a disastrous trans-Atlantic world record attempt. As her missing crewmates are presumed dead, she must piece together her fractured memories to prove her innocence and uncover the truth behind the tragedy.

The film’s production took place over five intense weeks in Caithness, Scotland, with the atmospheric interiors filmed at the historic House of the Northern Gate near John O’Groats. Bringing the peril of the open ocean to life, aquatic scenes were captured using a combination of a specially constructed water tank, on-location sea shoots, and a dedicated sound stage.

Blending suspense, psychological drama, and breathtaking visuals, ROW promises to be a standout at Raindance and a must-see for fans of survival thrillers and cinematic storytelling.

ROW premieres June 21st at the 33rd Raindance Film Festival.
