Hailing from Lancashire, Paul has had a rather global experience in terms of learning. He is where he is now as a result of life experiences studying, working and living in (among other places) Guadalajara, Mexico; Seoul, South Korea; and currently in London, UK.
He started his acting career in South Korea, after having done a number of plays in the UK. In Korea, he worked for three years in film and TV, where he started to gravitate towards the other side of the camera. He also did a couple of years of voice work for education and commercial voice overs.
He recently returned to London from a six month jaunt around Europe, where he was researching his forthcoming book ‘Empire Continent’: a travelogue through the nations that spawned an empire, which once controlled part of Crimea.
He is developing a number of feature film scripts and a sitcom called ‘The Go Getters,’ which is in previous production state at present. (Source: www.paulrstafford.com)
