Congrats on securing a role in the upcoming film Future Soldier. You also have a producer and writer credit. First, can you share any details on your character Tyco?
Well, the story behind Tyco is very interesting. Tyco is a mind lost in an ‘X’ soldier’s body. The producer title is new to me like I always say, anything is possible – challenge accepted.
You’re in post-production of Plastic Toys. You play Officer Michael Anderson. Tell us about the film.
I play a New York American cop. This film is about a New York bad-boy, Jason, and his wayward girlfriend, Tanzy. Both of them lead a life of hardcore clubbing and low-level drug dealing.
In 2008, you were picked for the role of the musical sensation Johnny Casino in the school’s adaptation of the award-winning musical play Grease (2008). We love ‘Grease!’ Did you get a chance to sing?
I did indeed. This was my first time to act in front of a crowd. Also, to take on a big role. What a great experience.
Lately, you have been taking on the role of producer. You have a producer credit for Future Soldier. Tell us your production experience in this role.
Well, this is my first time producing a feature Sci-fi film, I think it has shown me many things and brought out a whole new side of me.
You also have two producer credits in the television series: Minds at War and Apocalypta. Tell us about the series.
Apocalypta is a supernatural story by Martin Winchester. I play one of the leads. It is about the battle between Earth and the underworld.
Minds at War is about a group of British soldiers divided. Whilst at conflict with themselves, they are being hunted by a deadly threat.
Tell us about your acting journey. Do you feel there is much more to do?
I’ve only started my journey. There is so much to do in so little time. But, as I say, all the time. We control our destiny.
If there was a story you could tell, what would it be?
A story about a young man, who accomplished everything he set his mind on.
Are there any projects you’re working on that you’re excited about?
There are many, which I can’t talk about, but you will be first to receive information.
Editor’s Note: The staff gave a huge applaud for this!
What do you like to do between gigs?
Well, I love meeting new people, seeking new ventures. Also, studying and reading books.
What’s next in your career?
To explore as much as I can, and enjoy life to the fullest.
