Occhi Supports the Jersey Cares Coat Drive Initiative

Occhi Arts & Entertainment is now a collector for the Jersey Cares Coat Drive. For the past 24 years, the Jersey Cares Coat Drive has mobilized the collection and distribution of thousands of “gently used” winter coats to men, women, and infants in the North Jersey area. If you would like to donate a coat or three, please email markv@occhiarts.com. We can schedule a pickup. Just have the coats ready, and Occhi will come to you. Coats will be collected until December 11.

As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, Jersey Cares relies solely on the generosity of individuals, corporations and foundations to meet our mission. Mark Vodery

Mark Vodery was a Managing Editor of Occhi Magazine. A member of the National Association of Black Journalists, he studied Mass Communications at West Chester University. As an experienced session vocalist, he has toured the world and had several original works featured in film and television. Mark has been involved with several New York City projects including Feel the Music! and Make Music New York. An avid music lover, he takes pride in his extensive vinyl collection and spends his free time helping to facilitate service projects that benefit at-risk youth, through artistic philanthropy. Mark is based in New York and resides in New Jersey with his lovely wife and two daughters.
