Not since Prince have we heard an excellent falsetto. ONUR‘s latest track “I Don’t Know Why I Fall In Love” is sensual, seductive, and hauntingly beautiful. The 22-year old, London artist commands the lyrics and delivers a smooth flow not often found in R&B/Soul music in the 21st Century. The guitar licks add to the track, creating an effective gritty sound, and, yet, the instrumentals are minimal so you can focus on the vocals. The music is strong but not overpowering.
If you’re one for unrequited love songs, then “I Don’t Know Why I Fall In Love” is one of those must-have songs for your music collection.
