Pennsylvania-based alternative/space rock artist The Quality of Mercury (Jeremiah Rouse) presents “The Voyager,” the title track from his sophomore album, a cinematic exploration of distance, discovery, and transformation. Against an infinite backdrop of silent galaxies and endless star systems, the song follows a lone voyager drifting deeper into the unknown. Atmospheric and emotionally charged, the track captures the eerie beauty and psychological unraveling that come from traveling too far beyond the reach of anything at all.
He finally presents his debut video for “The Voyager,” created by Italian multi-arts visionary Francesca Bonci, a whole nine years since releasing his debut Transmission album. Rouse says this is “a story of distance, of isolation reshaping the mind, and of finding a strange beauty in the infinite. My overall intention with this song was to capture the essence of the album as a whole and to bring the listener on the journey with me.”
