Everything is coming together for the former Army veteran turned rapper Selldretti as he ends the year 2017 releasing his second solo album “Back to the Boom.” With the theme of the album set back in the 90’s era, listeners are able to take a trip down memory lane and appreciate the word play, emotion, story-telling, and rhythmic lyrics that became a cornerstone for that time period. “This project was really special to me because it shows just how appreciative I am of the Hip Hop legends that came before me”, says the Georgia artist. “I have embraced my passion for displaying that “old school type” feel, and concentrating on my cadence, flow, and story-telling abilities helps me create songs that give the fans that same feeling.” The album can be streamed and downloaded from Itunes, Spotfiy, Youtube, Pandora, and Tidal.
It is now 2018, and Selldretti is rallying together all members of his music group SMG as he recently announced the preparation of their second group album called “Still Movin'” which is a sequel to the first group album “The Move” released back in May of 2017. To add to the anticipation, the CEO has recruited three new artists to not only join the group officially, but to make their debut as up-and-coming artists. The new artists names are T.G.T., J.P., and Big Th3o. “These guys love making music just like me and the rest of the group, and being that we all know each other, I wanted to officially expand the group to make them a part of something special”, the independent lyricist said. “Also, everyone including myself will have at least one song done with no features so people can really see how talented and unique each artist is.” In addition, the album will also feature Cali artist Rob G and Texas artist Naijaboy Jefe. Fans can expect to hear five new sounds as they display their unique rap styles on the new album. At this time, there is no official release date of the group album, but we can expect to have an official date really soon.
