Caramoor’s 2026 Summer Season is a reminder that great programming is only part of the magic—the setting matters, too. From June 20 to August 2, 2026, the Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts invites audiences into an 81-acre landscape of historic gardens and woodlands in Katonah, NY, for over 30 performances that turn the entire estate into a stage. Among the season’s most inviting highlights is a full-day celebration that feels tailor-made for wandering, listening, and finding your next favourite artist in real time. On Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 12:3 to 7:00 pm, in collaboration with City Winery, Caramoor presents its annual American Roots Music Festival.

It will fill the stunning grounds with the sounds of Americana, folk, bluegrass, and more, transforming the estate into a moving map of rhythm and storytelling. Audiences can drift from stage to stage, catching sets in Caramoor’s picturesque venues and letting the day unfold naturally—no rush, no rigid rules, just music everywhere you turn.

This year’s festival opens up a rich range of styles and spirit, featuring the Grateful Dead songbook through the acoustic string-band force of Deadgrass, the vintage-inspired sounds of The Moonrise Cartel, and the evocative storytelling of Caleb Caudle & The Sweet Critters. Adding a fresh edge to the lineup is Chloe Kimes, bringing next-generation alt-country flair, before the festival concludes with the high-energy Memphis soul of Southern Avenue—a finale built for movement, release, and that unmistakable feeling of summer hitting its stride.

Additional artists and the full schedule will be announced, but the promise is already clear: this is the kind of day Caramoor does best—music in the open air, community on the grounds, and a lineup that invites you to stay curious from the first note to the last. Tickets are available for purchase online at caramoor.org; by phone at 914.232.1252 Tuesdays through Fridays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm; and on site from the Box Office two hours before each performance.

Caramoor is located at 149 Girdle Ridge Road in Katonah, NY, and is open daily from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm for free exploration.
