This week, The Family Rain will release their second album, ‘Indulgence’. It has been a decade since the release of their first album, ‘Under the Volcano’,  released under Virgin Records. However, the three Walter brothers have not been idle all these years.

Over the past six years, they have released three EPs, numerous standalone singles, and a mini-album called ‘Voyages’, which was a side project soaked in the sun. Their new album ‘Indulgence’ was created after a series of relentless writing and recording sessions with longtime collaborator and Grammy-nominated producer Tom Dalgety (Royal Blood, Ghost, Pixies) and brotherly duo Bad Sounds, who are themselves Grammy-nominated producers.

The album represents a combination of the brothers’ influences, ranging from AC/DC to Scott Walker via Fat Boy Slim. Alongside the album launch, the band will release their next single, ‘Who Let The Gods Out’, a modern feel-good love anthem with a Keith Richards 80’s Stones hook.
